Dwight B. Chestnut is an ex-engineer turned business consultant and entrepreneur. His core focus and passion is developing, introducing and teaching Income Reengineering Principles and Processes to the general and business public. A simple definition of Income Reengineering is economic research in how to apply the internet and other information technology to dramatically improve the standard of living and wealth building capacity of the masses.

      • Provide technical and set-up assistence to new home loan offers;

      • Created and launched home loan center marketing initiatives;

      • Handled customer compliants and structured resolutions;

      • Provided operational analysis and input to home loan center upper management;

      • Managed day to day office administrative functions

  • July 1985- May 1992:

    • TRW Space and Defense Systems, Norton AFB, California: System Engineer in Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Development and Deployment: Performed a project engineering function responsible for addressing and solving Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) engineering issues on ICBM development projects supporting the System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) function for BMO ICBM development and deployment:

      • Provided EMC/EMI input to Statements of Work (SOW) for Minuteman, Peacekeeper and Small ICBM RFPs;

      • Briefed participating contractors and Air Force personnel on EMC SOW issues, concerns and requirements;

      • Reviewed, evaluated and analyzed contractor proposals relative to complying with EMC/EMI requirements. Generally, this involved MIL-STD-461/462 and MIL-E-6051 test requirements;

      • Reviewed, evaluated and analyzed MIL-STD-461 test plan submissions;

      • Witnessed and monitored EMC/EMI testing at contractor facilities;

      • Briefed TRW management and Air Force personnel on results and impact on weapon system performance

      Career terminated due to radical defense cutbacks link to the end of the "cold war."


  • Feb 1981 - June 1985:

    • Air Force Engineering Officer, Hill AFB, Utah:

      • Project Engineer on Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) survivability and upgrades projects;

      • Responsibility included writing upgrade project plans, briefing and coordinate up the military and civilian chain of command and then contracting and coordinating project implementation efforts among several defense contractors.

  • 1980: B.S. Electrical Engineering (1980): Electrical Engineering, University of Mississippi.
